After years of loyal service (and frequently napping at his desk), Milo has officially taken on the role of Chief Executive Furccountant (CEF).

As the firm’s top dog, Milo oversees morale, walk scheduling, and inserting himself into situations that don’t involve him. His leadership style is best described as “present and occasionally distracting,” often punctuated by loud, demanding, and deeply surprising barks that keep everyone on their toes.

His skills? Soulful stares and a judgment-free eyebrow raise.

His top priority? Making sure every client, and every team member, feels like the most important person in the room. That, and of course, keeping the treat budget balanced.
